Looking to start a career in HR?

ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Admin Officer to assist the HR team. This role is suitable for candidates based in Glasgow or Edinburgh to work on a mostly remote basis.

If you started in this role today you would be…

  • Work closely with different departments to gather and consolidate data for reporting purposes
  • Generate reports and summaries based on collected data using Excel, database software or other relevant tools
  • Managing use of the HR systems used in the team, data collection & first level analysis – reviewing data & running comprehensive reports to support management decision making
  • Providing first level advice and support in relation to policies and procedures, and terms and conditions

So, what are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in an office administrator role or similar
  • HR knowledge would be advantageous
  • Great organisational skills
