Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Support Officer to join their team, providing administrative support to colleagues helping them to achieve their programme objectives. There is the option for blended working, combining working from home with working from their office based just outside Edinburgh City Centre.
Duties include:
· Manage equipment log for all incoming and outgoing equipment issued to field surveyors, organise shipping and return of equipment to and from contract surveyors, assisting with the procurement of new equipment
· Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure relevant permissions and information received to ensure contractors can carry out work
· Assist with writing up procedures/processes/desk notes for new and existing workflows
· Managing Contractor and Enquiries inbox
· Assist with processing invoices
Essential skills/Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 GCSE’s/or equivalent (A-C Passes) including English and Math’s or significant experience working in ad administrative post
· Experience in working with numerical data and spreadsheets
· Experience with Microsoft Office packages or similar
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
