ASA Recruitment are now looking for skilled Chefs to help support our Edinburgh based clients. We have shifts available at different venues throughout Edinburgh.

Your eligibility to perform the Chef role for ASA Recruitment will depend on:

– Previous experience in a similar role.
– Capacity to work with your kitchen team at all times, keeping calm and positive even under pressure.
– Knowledge of Allergens and Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.
– Ambition to learn every day.

As a Chef for ASA Recruitment in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for:

– Ensuring the quality of meals is of a good standard, checking the freshness of all ingredients.
– Directing and supervising food preparation.
– Complying with kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, making sure all the team does as well.
