ASA Recruitment are looking for Cleaners to work in schools and care homes throughout the public sector in Edinburgh. Applicants must be available from the 15th August 2019.

We are recruiting for Cleaners in the following areas; Leith, Portobello, Duddingston, Newington, Niddrie.

As an experienced Cleaner working within the public sector it is essential that you can provide:

· At least 6 months of cleaning experience.
· Two business references (relevant to the job role).
· A full PVG (updates cost £18) or be willing to apply for disclosure (full PVG costs £59).
· Availability from Monday to Friday (overtime available).

While working with ASA Recruitment as a Cleaner in Edinburgh, your main duties will be:

· Ensuring the cleanliness of each premises by (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
· Using your knowledge of cleaning with chemicals and supplies.
· Handling cleaning equipment and machinery.
· Being able to prioritise your workload and accomplish specific tasks required for each school and care home.

Joining the ASA cleaning team will enable you to manage the hours you work through our easy accessible online portal, this allows you to update your availability and view your work schedules. ASA entitles you with holiday pay which is accrued hourly. You will also receive an induction for every new site you are placed.
