Are you a multi-skilled Technical Facilities Assistant looking for an immediate start in challenging new role?

ASA Recruitment are working with a large scale client in the public sector within Greater Glasgow to find an experienced Technical Facilities Assistant to join their team.

Technical Facilities Assistant Role:
· To assist the Technical Team with basic admin duties, reviewing leases and adjusting when necessary.
· Ensuring that the public sector guidelines and processes are followed accurately.
· Directing and answering any incoming customer enquiries.
· Analyse and respond to specific customer requirements relating to lease holds through telephone or email.

Successful Candidates for this Technical Facilities Assistant Role:
· To have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
· To have had previous experience working in housing is desirable as you will be working with tenancy agreements and housing legislation’s.
· To have the ability to multi-task and balance your workload.
· Strong administration experience.
