Do you have Change Management experience?

ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest public sector client to source an experienced Estates Change Planning Manager. This role sits Inside IR35 and is suitable for candidates based within travelling distance of Edinburgh.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Lead and oversee a number of estates change projects
• Bring together key stakeholders, set and agree working groups and track and report on delivery of critical path of actions
• Ensure engagement and communications plan put in place and provide support for work stream leads in delivering project objectives
• Development of strong governance documentation and tools to support identification, alignment and tracking and delivery of objectives

So, what are we looking for?

• Significant experience in change management and project planning ideally in managing property change and relocation projects
• In depth understanding of project and change management tools
• Prince2 or similar project management qualifications
