Description

Are you an experienced receptionist and enjoy working with the public? Do you have strong admin skills with attention to detail? Are you looking for a new role with a great company in the City Centre of Aberdeen? Then we have the role for you.

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for dealing with enquiries from the public and passing them to the relevant professional for assessment, as well as assisting the team with any admin tasks.

What you will be doing:
Answering in coming calls, handling enquiries
Performing administrative functions
Processing customer correspondence
Support the drafting of any necessary documents or papers as directed
Scanning Documents

What you need to succeed?
Excellent general administration and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and plan workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence in engaging with a range of people at all levels
Motivated and well organised with the ability to use own initiative to work at times with limited supervision and under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
