Do you have Recruitment experience?

ASA Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced HR Officer to join a large-scale public inquiry in Scotland’s public sector. This role is suitable for candidates based in the Edinburgh area to work on a hybrid basis.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Managing the onboarding of new starts to the Inquiry include where appropriate arranging interviews, raising requests for account set-ups, issuing laptops and other hardware needed
• Acting as a main point of contact for all induction queries and ensuring information is sent out to new starts in a timely way and that it is kept up to date and accurate.
• Liaising with HR/agencies to ensure smooth induction process – ensuring any reasonable adjustments are noted etc.
• Liaising with Heads of Business to run data checks on their recruitment statistics and ensure requirements for vacancies are updated.

• Experienced human resources professional
• Recruitment experience would be beneficial
• Strong organisational skills
