Description

ASA Recruitment are looking to source a Facilities Assistant to work with our established client in Edinburgh.

If you live in Edinburgh and are able to work from the beginning of July to the end of the year, this may be of interest to you.

Duties will include:

· Daily checks on work stations, meeting rooms and kitchens to ensure everything is tidy and there are sufficient supplies of tea, coffee and stationery.
· Setup and break down of events.
· Assisting with delivery of equipment.
· Delivery of packages and post.
· Organisation of office to deliver a tidy working environment.
· Packaging and posting of items.
· External trips to collect/deliver items.
· Assisting colleagues with the setting up of meetings.
· Some basic computer work which will require some IT skills.

Requirements of a Facilities Assistant:

· Excellent communication skills.
· Two references required.
· Be able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
· UK experience required.
· Immaculately presented.
· Hours 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday but with flexibility to start at 8am and finish at 4pm.
