As a Catering Assistant your main duties will be:
· Basic food preparation.
· Providing assistance in the Kitchen.
· Helping to serve meals.
· Present correct standards of personal hygiene at all times.

Requirements for a Catering Assistant:
· Two references (One must evidence catering experience )
· PVG scheme member or willing to do an update.
· Knowledge in kitchen hygiene and safety.
· Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
