ASA Recruitment are looking to recruit Kitchen Porters to work throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians in different facilities.

Duties of a Kitchen Porter are:
· Providing assistant to Chefs / Cook and other kitchen staff as needed.
· Keeping the Kitchen clean and tidy.
· Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment like cookers, pots and food mixers.
· Check that all the tools and food are clean and ready when the Chef requires them.

Requirements of a Kitchen Porter area:
· PVG Scheme member or willing to apply
· Two references
· Be a good team player.
· The ability to present correct standards of personal hygiene at all times
