ASA Recruitment are working with a large welfare public body to source an experienced HR Consultant. This role is suitable for candidates based in the Edinburgh area.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Provide dedicated specialist project support across a range of HR projects
• Research, develop and update new and existing organisational policies, procedures and guidance in line with best practice and relevant legislation
• Undertake and write up equality impact assessments over a range of HR policies
• Carry out specific project work in relation to the roll out and implementation of the HR system, YouManage

So, what are we looking for?

• Seasoned HR professional
• CIPD qualified
• Experience of updating HR policies in line with best practice
• Experience in rolling out HR systems would be advantageous
