Are you an experienced Home Care Manager, looking to take up your challenge in the public sector?

ASA are looking for an experienced Home Care Manager to join a large scale public sector employer in the West of Scotland. This contract opportunity would be perfect for an individual who’s comfortable working autonomously and would suit candidates from Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Lanarkshire and the surrounding areas.

The Home Care Manager Role:
– To manage the delivery of care at home services for the client’s large scale geographical area.
– To assume responsibility for developing, managing and motivating all care at home staff.
– To work to the client’s high established standard and ensure that care at home services are provided in a cost efficient manner.
– To operate within tightly regulated government guidelines and ensure that all relevant self-assessments, returns and inspections are carried out in set timescales.

Successful candidates for the Home Care Manager role will need:
– Educated to a degree level with a relevant diploma in social work or management would be advantageous.
– Up to date and relevant knowledge of local and national developments in respect of community care.
– Experience of managing change in a time sensitive environment.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with an ability to work with a range of stakeholders and teams.
