IT Support Analyst – 2nd Line

Are you experienced in IT Support?

ASA Recruitment are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst (2^nd Line) to support Scotland’s largest public sector client. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Provide 2^nd line IT support to internal users
• To accurately record incident and change actions and their associated resolution
• Liaise closely with colleagues in relation to overall queue management
• Escalate any issues to our 3rd line infrastructure teams ensuring any major issues are dealt with promptly

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience of working in an IT Support Service (2nd Line) or similar IT support role
• Excellent customer care, communication skills and telephone manner
• Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products
