Are you a Digital Learning expert?

ASA Recruitment are working alongside Scotland’s largest Public Sector client to source a Head of Digital Learning to implement a new digital learning product strategy. This role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Finalise and implement the digital learning product strategy and accompanying digital learning target operating model and organisational design
• Lead on third party supplier management and procurement including management of the relationship the provider of the Learning Experience Platform, ensuring swift resolution of all issues
• Enable the quality and accessibility standards of digital learning, ensuring deliveries via the product are continuously improved across the team and wider organisation
• Leading on the day to day management of the platform

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience in agile and waterfall project principles, including proportionate project management (PPM) that supports delivery through effective techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
• Experience managing IT services, including Cloud, preferably with an ITIL background
• Experience of Thrive learning experience platform
