We are on a mission to expand our Edinburgh team with self-motivated Recruitment Consultants.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Establish new business relationships
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships
• Identify and fill vacant jobs
• Manage a large pool of agency workers
• Recruit, screen and prepare candidates for roles
• Arrange staff solutions to meet our client’s needs

You don’t need to have recruitment experience. You will need to be passionate about great customer service, have excellent communication skills, drive and ambition and most importantly enjoy talking to and meeting people. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment.
