Team Leader

Description

Are you a Team Manager looking for a temporary challenge? ASA are currently looking to fill a role to carry out day to day management of a community based Criminal Justice Social work and Unpaid Work team in Inverness.

You will also be required to monitor the development, quality assurance and performance management of the team in Inverness and the surrounding areas.

If you started this role today you would be:

• Supervision of staff and the allocation, co-ordination and supervision of work
• Performance management and quality assurance services
• Conducting staff development and training
• Overall budget monitoring
• Have responsibility for the recruitment of staff

Essential Requirements:

• CQSW, Dip.SW or other approved equivalent qualifications recognised by SSSC
• Full Driving License
• Three years post-qualifying experience
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Evidence and experience of effective communication skills including making presentations
