Network VOIP Analyst

Do you have experience with Mitel 3300 MXE Telephony Administration Software?

ASA has a fantastic opportunity for a Network VOIP Analyst contractor to join a large public sector organisation for 3 months.

Responsibilities:

· Configure and maintain VOIP devices
· Perform daily system checks on project supported infrastructure
· Ensure all faults are investigated and assist in any fixes required
· Recommend relevant tuning as appropriate

Requirements:

· Recent experience with Mitel 3300 MXE Telephony Administration Software
· Have a strong customer focus
· Experience of supporting large geographically diverse networks working in multi skilled teams
· Practical experience in configuration management, system documentation and incident management using industry best practise methods
· Sound knowledge of network/VOIP technologies and tools required to support diverse WAN and LAN infrastructure
· A full, clean driving licence
· A Basic Disclosure certificate
