ASA Recruitment are looking to source an IT Support Analyst to provide top class support for Scotland’s largest Public Sector client, this role is suitable for candidates based in the Edinburgh area.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Providing 1^st line technical IT support to users of the system
• Liaising closely with colleagues in relation to overall queue management
• Rebuilding workstations, laptops and tablets
• Accurately recording incident and change actions with their associated resolution
• Liaising with other support teams and external suppliers

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience of working in an IT Support setting
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Experience of troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems
