Are you an experienced HR Senior Officer looking for a temporary position with an immediate start? Then we have the role for you!

Your new role

You will provide HR Operational services through collaborative working with designated business functions on all people management matters.

The HR Senior Officer will be responsible for:

• Providing professional people management advice, coaching and support at all levels
• Providing guidance on the employee life cycle and case management
• Forecast support required in a specialist work area
• Undertaking HR administrative work and coordination of this as required to ensure the efficient delivery of HR activities
• Line Management and supervision of team and identifying and delivering team training needs

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience of a HR role of working in recruitment and selection
• Line management and supervision
• Educated to Degree Level and CIPD qualified or evidence of professional expertise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and changing environment
• Experience of providing a high level of administrative support using various digital systems and packages
