As a Catering Assistant your main duties will be:
· Be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of Food and Hygiene practices.
· Assisting in the delivery of a high standard of Food Service.
· Ensure that all kitchen equipment and kitchen areas are cleaned according to the cleaning schedules.
· Helping to serve meals.
· Present correct standards of personal hygiene at all times.

Requirements for a Catering Assistant:
· Two references (One must evidence 6 months catering working within the UK).
· PVG scheme member or willing to do an update.
· Be a team player.
· Capacity to work fast and efficiently in different environments.
· Your interest in catering and passion for food.
