ASA are looking for Chefs for exciting opportunities in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
If you are an experienced Chef and would like the opportunity to work with one of our established clients, this may be the role for you.
To be considered for this role you have must have:
· 6 months UK experience as a Chef.
· Food and Allergen Certificates.
· Two references one must support your experience for this role.
· Have a positive attitude and be able to work on your own initiative.
Duties as a Chef include:
· Responsibility for the planning and directing of Food Preparation.
· Ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements.
· Checking the freshness of all the ingredients and food.
· To ensure great attention to detail for the menu specs provided.
