ASA Recruitment are working with our Public Sector client to recruit a Programme Manager, for initial 6 month contract, working from home but based in Edinburgh on return to office.

Due to a change and reshaping in commitments on an established Programme the hiring unit is seeking a Corporate Programme Manager to support a dynamic unit that is at the forefront of smart technologies and lifeline concessionary services.

As the Programme Manager you will:
· Support the delivery of efficient and effective communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement and other promotional activities for the unit
· Oversee the effective delivery of correspondence such as Ministerial Correspondence (MACCS and MiCase), Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, PQs, FMQs, and general email and social media enquiries
· Manage the website and social media channels, and support the delivery of communications activities
· Support the effective co-ordination, production and management of Ministerial and business contributions including, but not limited to; Corporate Risk Register, Business Plans, Hot Topics, Ministerial briefings, and commissions for the programme
· Support improvement to the Unit’s compliance processes

Successful candidates for this Programme Manager role will need:
· Experience of delivering marketing and communications campaigns
· Experience of designing and executing content management strategies, particularly using digital media
· Experience of Stakeholder Mapping and managing Stakeholder Engagement Plans
· Customer service experience with the ability to adapt communications approaches to ensure customer’s needs are met
