ASA are looking for Experienced Care Assistants based in Edinburgh and the Lothians. We are looking for someone who can give us a high standard of work ethic and carries out each task with professionalism, integrity, passion and care.

We provide ongoing training to all of our candidates in this sector to ensure we are developing your skills and career as much as we possibly can. Inductions from each client are presented to increase your understanding.

There is an excellent rate of pay which starts at £9.30 with enhanced rates for evenings and weekends which is paid weekly straight to your account. The rate of pay increases over your length of service.

Sometimes job seeking can be daunting but we have a supportive team which will be by your side every step of the way and to remind you, you are not alone! We have an on call out of hours service that you can contact if you need any guidance.

There are immediate starts available for the successful care assistants as we have shifts available everyday of the week, every week. There is no time wasted with ASA we want to ensure that you are out working as soon as possible.

We have an excellent holiday allowance which enables you to accrue holiday pay, to support you being paid when you are looking to take a well earned break to rest and recuperate. We have your health and well being in mind.

We have an online portal which allows you to manage your own work diary and choose your own availability to suit your lifestyle and schedule. ASA will then fill in shifts that you have marked available.

No need for remembering to clock in and out as we have an excellent timesheet process that helps you keep track of your hours and get paid weekly.

We have many Care Homes available in Edinburgh and the Lothians which gives us the chance to provide Care Homes that are near you.

We support weekly covid tests and will refer you for tests so no need to go out and do it yourself. We also support vaccination programmes.
