T EL Senior Analyst

Description

Due to the pandemic many education programmes have moved to online delivery using Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) approaches. As a result, ASA Recruitment’s well-known public sector client is looking to recruit a TEL Senior Analyst to work with business support staff to help educators deliver webinars and online training sessions.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with business support staff who currently assist with webinars to learn lessons and collate and review existing guidance available
· Consolidate / develop guidance in a standard format and host in one place
· Develop standard operating procedures for delivery of online sessions to support a consistent approach, from registration to evaluation
· Support educators to deliver webinars to provide shadowing opportunities to build the confidence of existing support staff
· Provide training and guidance as required, likely to be one to one sessions to experiment with platforms and tools
· Manage the consistent implementation of the new TEL Evaluation Tool

Requirements:

· You will be confident to use Microsoft Teams to deliver training and have experience supporting webinars and online training sessions
· You need good communication skills to work with people with a range of digital skills
· Understand the benefits and challenges of delivering online training
· Good organisational skills
· Understand accessibility issues in an online environment
· Experience of Video editing is desirable
· Library / knowledge management experience is desirable
· Experience of Agile methodology to deliver objectives is desirable
