HR Business Support Advisor

Do you have experience in recruitment administration and are looking for your next role?

ASA are currently working with a large scale client in the public sector who are looking for an experienced HR Business Support Advisor with a back ground in recruitment to support them in their latest project.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Support candidates through the recruitment process from first contact to placement in a role
• Ensure compliance checks are completed accurately and within government guidelines
• Adhere to data protection and security requirements
• Assist Recruitment and HR Business Support team with any inbound tasks that are required.
• Communicate with candidates via telephone

HR Business Support Advisor Requirements:

• Recruitment Experience which includes dealing with compliance and issues such as references, compliance checking and taking candidates through a registration process
• Ability to prioritise fast changing workload on a daily basis
• Excellent customer service skills – both written and verbal skills need to be strong for this role
• Very good attention to details – an ability to work between multiple spreadsheets and systems is essential
• Ability to work proactively in a close knit team environment
• Confident with Microsoft software packages such as outlook, excel and word
