Are you a Change Manager experienced in financial transformation? We are seeing a Change Manager to sit within the PMO of a multi-year change programme in a higher education body. Based in Edinburgh, this contract is for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension.
Main duties:
· Work with nominated Programme Sponsors / Leads to draw up and implement change management plans for all projects
· Monitor progress on establishing effective change network and change management plans across the programme
· In partnership with the PMO Programme Manager to define and develop the tool kit to meet the programme’s needs
· Run events for change agents on the change management methodology. Work with project team members to facilitate change management events where key tools are deployed
Essential:
· Significant experience of change management competencies
· Experience in the facilitation and delivery of training
· Excellent communicator with the ability to meet deadlines, present information and conduct effective internal and external relations
