We are looking for individuals who will put the person first, possess a caring but professional attitude, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team in sometimes situations and environments which can be challenging.
Responsibilities of our Support Workers include administration of medication, meal preparation, assisting with finances, appointments and the day to day living including general household and house keeping tasks, always promoting independence for the people you will be working with and above all, providing high quality care and support to vulnerable individuals.
Are you someone who wants to make a difference, who has at least 6 months experience within Support Works in the UK, the ability to provide references from a Healthcare background, hold a current PVG and have the right to live and work in the UK? If so we want to hear from you!
