Support Worker

Description

We are currently recruiting a Support Worker on behalf of an establish client based in Edinburgh that caters for service users with complex needs, Autism and challenging behaviour.

The position of support worker will be responsible for working with service users in a residential setting and 121 support along with providing personal care. We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to be available to start immediately. The support worker role is a 3 month fixed term contract that could lead to a permanent appointment.

The requirements for the support worker role in Edinburgh are:
* Clean PVG
* Ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly and easily with service users
* Educational and residential experience
* Moving and Handling Experience
* Experience in dealing with challenging behaviour
