Description

Our client in Aberdeen are currently looking to recruit Transaction Service Administrators on an initial 12 week placement to undertake financial transactions such as billing, invoicing and paying creditors within their Transactions Team based in Aberdeen

The typical working week will be 37 hours over 5 days ( Monday – Friday ) with a rate of £9.47 per hour ( PAYE ). Holiday pay will also be accrued pro rata of hours worked

The main responsibilities of this role include:

* Processing financial data and working in a financial environment
* Making payments to suppliers
* Processing invoices
* Dealing with suppliers of goods and services and resolving queries / disputes
* Using IT packages to undertake the above tasks

Key skills of the postholder:

* Ability to work well under pressure
* Have excellent time management and the ability to work to deadlines
* Be able to produce accurate documents
* Have excellent oral and written communication skills
* Be comfortable working in a busy office based team environment
