ASA currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to join their healthcare recruitment team working in our Edinburgh Office. ASA Recruitment is a respected supplier of healthcare candidates that they have built great relationships up with over the years and are looking for someone to continue this quality service and support with them. Care and Recruitment knowledge are not essential as full training will be provided along with ongoing support.

As our healthcare recruiter your role would involve:

· Being responsible for client management of the healthcare desk within Edinburgh and surrounding areas
· Filling weekly shift requests
· Sourcing CVs via online databases for candidates with specific experience and skills
· Conducting telephone pre-screen and face to face interview
· Respond to candidate queries regarding pay issues/holidays
· Writing and posting job adverts
· Candidate management – negotiating shift preferences/locations/hours
· Developing business opportunities within the health care sector in Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Scottish Borders

· Has excellent communications skills, the ability to multitask and who is above all a strong team player
· Is motivated by personal and business success and who thrives on developing customer relationships
· Has the proven ability to engage a wide variety of audiences in a collaborative and results-oriented manner
· Has strong organisation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple competing priorities in a fast- paced, working environment
