Our client in Aberdeen are currently recruiting for Transaction Service Administrators on an initial 12 week placement to undertake financial transactions including billing, invoicing and paying creditors within a large Transactions Team based in the city centre
The typical working week will be 37 hours over 5 days ( Monday – Friday ) with a £9.47 hourly rate ( PAYE ) along with holiday pay accrual
The main responsibilities of this role include:
* Experience of processing financial data and working in a financial environment
* Experience of making payments to suppliers
* Experience of processing invoices
* Experience dealing with suppliers of goods and services to resolve any queries re outstanding amounts / invoices raises
* Experience of using IT packages to undertake these tasks
