Support Workers Required – Buckhaven, Leven

Location: Buckhaven, Leven
Pay: From £13.64 per hour
Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Minimum Commitment: 3 Months

ASA Recruitment is currently recruiting Support Workers to join established group homes and respite services across Buckhaven, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.

The Role

You will provide high-quality support with:

• Personal care and daily living activities
• Medication support
• Promoting independence and life skills
• Emotional wellbeing and social inclusion
• Community access and activities
• Creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while delivering care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Shift Patterns Available

• Dayshifts
• Backshifts
• Sleepovers
• Nightshifts

Previous experience within learning disabilities, mental health, residential care, or respite services is desirable; however, we also welcome applicants with the right values, commitment, and willingness to learn.
