Shift Pattern: 8:00am – 8:00pm | 8:00pm – 8:00am (including weekends)
Driving Licence: Essential

ASA Recruitment is recruiting Support Workers to join a specialist service in Lochgelly, supporting autistic adults to live independently in their own homes and within the local community.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping individuals achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and enjoy the activities they love.

About the Role

Working on a one-to-one basis, you’ll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs. Your role may include:

  • Supporting people to access their local community and attend appointments
  • Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, and social activities
  • Assisting with daily living skills and household tasks
  • Supporting individuals to maintain their tenancy and independence
  • Providing personal care where required
  • Promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion at all times

Many of the people you will support enjoy spending time outdoors, so this role would particularly suit someone who enjoys walking and being active.

Shift Pattern

  • 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • 8:00pm – 8:00am
  • Includes weekends on a rota basis

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has previous experience in a support or care role
  • Is confident working independently and using their own initiative
  • Is compassionate, reliable, and patient
  • Enjoys an active role and spending time outdoors
  • Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
