Location: Lochgelly
Shifts: Dayshift, Backshift & Sleepovers (including evenings & weekends)
Pay: £13.85 per hour
Driving Licence: Essential

ASA Recruitment is currently recruiting for a female Support Worker to join a specialist service in Lochgelly, supporting autistic individuals to live independently and take part in the activities that matter most to them.

This is a truly rewarding role where your support helps people build confidence, develop life skills, and feel part of their local community. You’ll be supporting individuals to get involved in their chosen activities, access opportunities around them, and live as independently as possible.

You’ll also play a key role in helping individuals maintain their tenancies, supporting them to make their own choices and decisions. From assisting with household tasks to providing personal care when required, your focus will always be on promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion.

No two days are the same-some shifts will be out in the community, others at home-but every shift is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

This role requires flexibility, as you’ll be working a mix of dayshifts, backshifts, sleepovers, evenings, and weekends.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in a support role and is comfortable with lone working
Is compassionate, reliable, and adaptable
Holds a full UK driving licence

Due to the nature of the service, this role is open to female applicants only (occupational requirement).
