ASA Recruitment are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers who can commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week to join us. In this role, you will be making a genuine impact-supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their lives with independence and dignity.

What you will be doing:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients.

Assist clients with daily activities, including dressing, and meal preparation.

Promote independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

What we need from you:

Previous experience working as a Support Worker.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
