Permanent Support Worker – Crieff
£12.60 per hour | Enhanced Rates | Full-Time | £250 Refer-a-Friend Bonus
Day, Night & Sleepover Shifts | Full Induction & Ongoing Support

We’re recruiting permanent Support Workers to join a values-led, person-centred service in Crieff, supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical support needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting individuals with daily routines, meal prep, medication, and community activities

Delivering personal care in a way that’s respectful and unrushed

Encouraging independence through positive reinforcement and consistent routines

Being a calm and reliable presence during challenging moments

Accurately recording notes and contributing to care planning

About the Service:
Homely, shared accommodation – not a care home

Warm and welcoming team with strong values and great teamwork

24/7 care, so you’ll work rotational shifts including days, backs, nights, and sleepovers

What You Need:
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential

A kind, reliable nature and a calm approach to challenging situations

Willingness to complete full training and register with the SSSC (we’ll guide you)

A driving licence is helpful, but not required

Confidence with personal care and team communication

What You’ll Get:
Permanent contract with stable hours

£12.60 per hour

Enhanced pay rates up to £16.80 for nights and weekends (after 12 weeks)
