£12.60 per hour | Weekly Pay | £250 Refer-a-Friend Bonus

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? ASA Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join a caring team supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional physical needs in a welcoming, shared bungalow in Alyth.
About the Role:
You’ll be part of a dynamic team providing 24-hour support to individuals with varying levels of need. Set in a lovely 5-bedroom bungalow (with a staff room and a large garden!), the home is located close to local resources and has great transport links via bus and train.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping)
· Deliver personal care including toileting, showering.
· Administer medication.
· Assist with mobility using moving and handling equipment.
· Communicate effectively using tools like Makaton.
· Offer emotional, behavioural, and financial support (e.g., budgeting)
· Enable individuals to access local amenities and activities.
· Promote communal living and personal safety.
· Maintain a high standard of record-keeping and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
Hours:
· Rotational shifts including early shifts, back shifts, nightshifts, and sleepover duties
· 24/7 service, 365 days a year
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in a care or support setting
· A genuine passion for helping others
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Willingness to undertake relevant training and register with the SSSC
· Commitment to upholding the SSSC Codes of Practice and client policies and procedures
Benefits:
· £12.60 per hour, paid weekly. Nights and weekends rising after 12 weeks to £16.80
