Street Cleansing Operative – Immediate Start
Location: Based from Bankhead, Glenrothes
Pay Rate: £12.67 per hour | Weekly Pay
Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:30

Friday: 07:45 – 13:00

ASA Recruitment is working on behalf of our client to recruit Street Cleansing Operatives based in Glenrothes. This is a vital role ensuring the local environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for the community.

Key Details:
Full UK driving licence required – this role involves operating cleansing vehicles and will include a driving assessment and full induction before starting

Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Starting from the Bankhead depot in Glenrothes

Main Duties Include:
Street sweeping, litter picking, and emptying street bins

Operating mechanical sweepers and other cleansing vehicles

Reporting any hazards, fly-tipping, or damage in public areas

Assisting with general environmental maintenance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
A full, valid UK driving licence (essential)

Ability to carry out physical work and work outdoors in all conditions

Reliable, team-focused individuals who take pride in their work

Willingness to complete induction and driving assessment
