Our prestigious client based in Edinburgh City Centre is looking for a people focused Customer Support Accountant.

If you are or have been a bookkeeper, junior accountant or part qualified accountant then they are looking for you to join their call centre team in delivering high levels of technical support, guidance and customer service to their established and prospective customers on the use of of their on line accounting package.

To be the customer support accountant our client needs you to be:

*Customer focused
*Have a good knowledge of accountancy process and practices
*Be proficient in the use of all technology as you will be supporting via phone, web chats , live chats and webinars
*Making outbound calls to assist clients in making a decision regarding the product and it’s suitability for them
*Delivering high levels of customer service to existing customers making sure they are happy with how to use the system

As a customer support accountant you must have excellent attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English plus a passion for figures.

In return you will receive a competitive benefits package including a salary of £23 – £26k and have a very supportive management structure and team around you.
