What you will need:

.Experience planning and partaking in activities.
.Experience with providing support and care to adults within a Housing Support service.
.Be able to deal with challenging behaviour should it arise.
.Being passionate about supporting people with a genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
.Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to be a good team player.

Essential requirements:

*UK work experience.
*SSSC (within 6 months of working with us).
*Caring personality.
