We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Specialists to join our client within the Public Sector during an exciting period of digital transformation. This role supports the implementation and management of IT and digital projects that are critical to the organisation’s modernisation programme.

The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering system migrations and Microsoft Server upgrades, ensuring technical excellence, smooth delivery, and strong collaboration across the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
• Lead on system migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business and security requirements.
• Monitor project progress, flag risks, and maintain delivery against time and cost plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and service improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in:
• Microsoft Server (Wintel)
• Red Hat Server (Unix/Linux)
• Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Exchange Online
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Anti-Virus systems
• Server/Application monitoring and management tools
• Proven technical specialist experience in complex IT environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

• Experience working in large-scale digital transformation or healthcare environments.
