We are currently on the lookout for experienced Senior Care Assistants to join our team and support a variety of care homes across the Glasgow area.

You will play a key role in leading your team and delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents.

What we need from you:

*Experience in administering medication, preparing meals, and planning and partaking in activities.
*Experience with providing support and care to adults.
*Experience with dealing with challenging behaviour.
*Being responsible for the smooth running of the shift, assigning specific tasks to the Care Assistants and monitoring their completion.
*Other responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and updating residents’ personal care plans to meet their changing physical, social and psychological needs.

Essential requirements:

*UK work experience.
*SSSC (within 6 months of working with us).
*10-year work history within CV.
