Senior Care Assistant

What the role involves:
· Working with vulnerable adults.
· Meeting the immediate and personal needs of residents.
· Communicating with other members of the care team and healthcare professionals.
· Assisting with mobility of residents using specific equipment and manual handling.
· Helping with the planning and carrying out of social activities.
· Being adequately trained and be responsible for the safe administration of drugs / administrations to clients.
· Confidently taking charge of shifts in the absence of a manger/depute manager.

We are looking for someone who has:
· Minimum SVQ3.
· SSSC within 6 months of working with us.
· PVG.
· Caring and considerate personality.
