Senior Care Assistant

What the role involves:
· Working with vulnerable adults
· Meeting the immediate and personal needs of residents
· Communicating with other members of the care team and healthcare professionals
· Assisting with mobility of residents using specific equipment and manual handling
· Helping with the planning and carrying out of social activities
· Being adequately trained and be responsible for the safe administration of drugs / administrations to clients
· Confidently taking charge of shifts in the absence of a manger/depute manager
