ASA are currently recruiting for Residential Children’s’ Workers to join our team in Glasgow. We are looking for experienced Residential Children’s Workers to work throughout units across the Glasgow area.

We provide both full time and part time shifts to suit your availability. There are a variety of shift patterns including early, late and night shifts.

Working as a Residential Children’s Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising effectively and provide support to young people.
• Working as part of a wider team.
• Assisting young people with tasks around the units.
• Assisting in the development of each individual.

It is essential that:

• You have a passion for making a positive impact on young people’s lives.
• You have strong communication skills – including both written and verbal.
• You have previous experience of working with young people.
• You can promote a safe environment.
• You are adaptable.
