What You’ll Be Doing

• Administer medication and treatments with confidence

• Monitor health needs and act promptly when required

• Write care plans tailored to individual needs

• Provide hands-on support with daily living tasks

• Keep clear, accurate records to maintain high standards of care

• Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals

• Communicate with residents and families with warmth and clarity

• Continue to grow your skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of paid nursing experience in the UK

• A compassionate, professional, and flexible approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
