Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver tailored nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
– Administer medication and monitor health needs
– Lead shifts and support care staff to provide exceptional care
– Work collaboratively with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
– Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards

Requirements:
– 6 months experience
– NMC Registered Nurse – RGN or RMN
– A genuine passion for elderly and dementia care
– Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
– Right to work in the UK
