What You’ll Do
Lead care teams in delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Create and manage individualised care plans
Monitor residents’ health and emotional wellbeing
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Ensure accurate records and safe medication practices
Support and mentor care staff through best clinical practices

What You’ll Need
At least 6 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse
A valid NMC PIN and strong clinical knowledge
Confidence in Moving and Handling procedures
Two recent clinical references
A current PVG or willingness to apply
