Key Responsibilities
Lead and support your care team to provide outstanding nursing care
Develop and implement personalised care plans
Monitor and respond to residents’ physical and emotional needs
Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
Ensure high standards of documentation and medication administration
Act as a role model and mentor within your team

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
A valid NMC Pin and up-to-date clinical knowledge
Confidence with Moving and Handling procedures
Two recent clinical references
A current PVG check (or willingness to apply)
