What You’ll Do:

Deliver medication and treatments with confidence

Monitor residents’ health and act quickly when needed

Write care plans that actually feel personal

Support with daily living – the small things that matter most

Keep records sharp and standards high

Collaborate with other healthcare heroes

Educate residents & families in plain, human language

Keep learning (curiosity is a nurse’s best friend)

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year’s paid nursing experience in the UK
